Apple is incredibly siloed. Talent identification and development is extremely poor, and employees are left to navigate their way through the company. It is an extremely political environment and not as merit-based as you would hope or expect.
Pay does not keep pace with inflation. The CEO just treats every woman poorly and it hurts. More vacation and flexibility, please.
