Some of the managers are directly hired from contractor jobs. They usually do not have etiquettes and expect contractors to work day and night, even on weekends.
These managers treat other contractors as their servants and usually lack people management and communication manners.
When recruiting contractors as full-time employees, apart from their technical knowledge, people management and basic etiquette classes should be given.
