I have had experience with bullying and discrimination. The camera team is completely unethical, shallow, and money-oriented people. They have no ideas, so if you are creative, they will just take advantage. If you go to HR, they will do absolutely nothing. I know other people that have left the company feeling unwell. Be careful; there's lots of gaslighting.
