2 phone calls: One with a recruiter and the second with a manager. 2 Skype calls. Project included: Gave a project on a topic that you needed to answer and explain via PowerPoint slides. You had 20 minutes to go over the slides and then 40 minutes

The process was fairly tough. It included a two-week design challenge that tested CAD, presentation, and engineering skills. You really need to know first principles. Nine technical interviews were scheduled back-to-back.

The hiring process, from interview to joining, was lengthy, often taking six months to complete. In some cases, candidates failed the interview even at the final stage. Waiting for such extended periods is difficult.
