The products are great, and the senior managers are smart and engaged. Most engineering peers are smart, hard-working, and engaged. Most of the problems are fun and interesting.
The engineering risks we take demand tremendous effort to avoid catastrophic failure.
Yet we staff to an absolute minimum, so it often feels like a start-up.
Consequently, overwork and burnout are common.
If you keep working with focus and intensity, so will the rest of us.

Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
