Best job and worst job I have ever had
- Awesome products
- Smart people
- Great benefits
- Many good leaders, unfortunately they lack the power to influence (see cons)
- Very political.
- Some unethical Sr. Managers/Directors/VPs. They will do what they have to do to climb the ladder. They would throw their own mother under the bus if it gets them a promotion. Unfortunately, many of them get to run the show.
- If you aren't ready to give 100% of your time to Apple, don't bother applying.
We need to better figure out why the good ones are leaving.
