Certain HR benefits are less compared to other companies, but other than that, I don't see any other downsides of working at Apple. This is a great place to work and grow in your career.
Management makes all the right decisions in a timely manner and always produces products of high quality in the market. I think providing more benefits to company employees would be the advice from my side.

Software Engineer (Internship)
Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
