Some good technology implementations to work on. That is interesting and motivating. That is something that made me look forward to working with Apple.
Consulting is kind of ruining the work culture.
Small projects are not helping these companies in the long term. Full-time employment is what will help these companies do better. It grooms people specifically for that company. Consulting is patchwork on projects.
Knowledge sharing is a problem that needs to be solved.
Try to know what is happening within different groups and projects.
Knowledge sharing is a problem that needs to be solved. Limiting information to a few happens and goes unnoticed by upper management. Management may not be concerned as long as things are done, but this approach does not help either the company or the employee in the long term.

Front-End Developer
A recruiter contacted me for a front-end position. They scheduled a time for me to speak with the head of one of the front-end teams. I had the initial phone call, which lasted about 30 minutes. During the call, I was asked a few technical questions
SoC Verification Engineer
One technical screen and six rounds of technical interviews. The process went very fast. It took about two weeks from the first screen to the last panel interview, and also one interview with the recruiter.
