You work on many of Apple's most popular products, which gives a great sense of accomplishment. Products are complex and interesting, and give insight into how complicated systems come together.
The company is very large, and things move slowly. Most design work is based on legacy design, with very few opportunities to innovate.
Apple is a well-oiled machine at this point and is still working well. Don't grow unsustainably.
