Like anywhere else in corporate, there are always some people up there twisting political strategy. That's the most tiring chapter of corporate.
Don't neglect the lower-level staff. Senior management should always pop their noses into the war zone to gauge the situation. I felt the double standard, U.S. over China. That was disappointing.
