Great Benefits, Stagnant Growth
Benefits are excellent, with many opportunities for investing and great healthcare. Management seems to be willing to work with you through a variety of situations that are less than ideal.
I feel like we have been stagnated in our current roles, and it is very hard to move up or even laterally in the company. It feels as though upward movement is decided upon by an arbitrary set of values rather than actual performance and abilities.
