There is no transparency across teams, which greatly limits personal growth. If you are curious about expanding beyond your role or even learning how a large-scale company works, this is not the company for you.
In addition, the benefits are terrible compared to most companies in the area.
Learn from other companies in the area, stop trying to hide everything from the public, and stop thinking that the products are flawless and innovative.
