Good facilities, cafeteria.
Very driven and product-oriented company.
Plenty of things to learn.
Salary is lower than other tech companies in the area, such as Google and Cisco, even though located in Cupertino, where living is more expensive.
It's easy to see why many employees burn out after a few years, but this is common in the consumer electronics industry.
