Great place when I started, but some bad hires soured the experience
- A lot of very smart people to work with.
- At the time, the compensation was excellent.
- The team culture was excellent for the team I was on.
- It's amazing to work on the innovative products Apple is producing.
- Pretty rigid in process.
- Middle management became a growing problem (in that more and more middle managers were hired).
- Very tight deadlines and media events mean there's no room for error on delivery; the work absolutely needs to be finished on time.

Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
