Thoroughly enjoy working with such smart people, especially for a company that's always on the cutting edge of technology. Working for a company that so many people aspire to is inspirational. Their benefits are outstanding and I will probably not find another company that comes close to covering my family like Apple.
Many managers do not allow you room to grow. Very process driven, without room to understand different perspectives. The company overall monitors finances with a very critical eye.
Don't be so eager to hire from outside the company, for internal employees enjoy getting moved around sometimes.
