Lots of room to make a difference.

Cons

Client didn't renew professional services contract and decided to go all Windows. Also, I saw what Apple billed for my contract and I should have been paid more fairly, as they billed over 4 times what I was being paid.

Advice to Management

Ensure client goals are clearly defined and expectations for contract renewals are understood.
