Coworkers are very high quality.
Management are just people good at their job, not good at management. Managers are also expected to continue to do their previous jobs in addition to managing.
Promote better managers rather than good performers.

Interviewed through internal referral. Applied through internal referral. Received an email from the recruiter the other day to arrange a phone screen. Was called by an engineer two weeks later. Talked about working experience and projects.

A phone screen was followed by an 8-hour long on-site interview. The phone screen consisted of basic questions. The on-site interview was conducted by 10 people. Since I knew my subject matter, the interviews were pretty easy.
