Alright company to work for
Apple has motivated and intelligent people. They pay pretty well, and you really never have to feel stressed.
People are complacent. There are a lot of lazy people who don't pull their weight, but Apple would never fire them.
I also feel that they reward seniority much more than hard work, which is extremely frustrating as a motivated young person.
Give more opportunities to motivated young people, otherwise they are going to leave, like me.
