My advice to young, smart IT engineers
Great company to work for.
Beware of traditional long-timers who set the rules, even though those are not great for 21st-century business models.
Remove the old guys and bring entrepreneurial smart guys in to take the company to the next level.

Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
