Benefits: Payment is good enough and better than most companies.
High pressure, half the time involved in argument rather than actual work. Not a good place for fresh grads, but a good place for experienced engineers.
My org managers (Ops) are passionate and aggressive. They give employees a fair amount of pressure while the learning curve is also sharp.
