Senior Optical Engineer
From the phone interview, they asked me to introduce my research and my background. I spent 30 minutes introducing them, and finally, they said they want people who have skills not shown on the website page.
Software Engineer (Internship)
Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
