I came to Apple as part of an acquisition, where I had a lot of perks (RSUs). I have been with Apple for the past 3.5 years and am happy to be here. They gave almost the same number of RSUs every year. I had to work long hours, but it was good as you could prove yourself. Maternity leave was 12 weeks, which is really good.
Moving within Apple is easy, but you have to tell your manager beforehand, which actually puts you at risk.
Give some gifts to employees for Christmas.
Free food is something they have to think about.
