The company has great benefits and cares a lot about inclusion. Once you have a foot in the door, there are also options to move within departments of the company.
In certain departments, it's quite limited what you can do "next". The only way to move forward is by becoming a manager, and they only reward people who are constantly looking for new ways of doing things, or someone who's the "loudest".
Appreciate the workhorses and those who are cornerstones in the company. Reward people who do a good job and produce stable and good work. Focus less on KPIs.
