Solid place. Not what it used to be, and a grind, but good products
Generally, good people. Good products. Overall, a good process.
They've lost a lot of what makes Apple, Apple. Much more process-based, like other companies, and focusing on the "how" or "what," and forgetting the "why."
I hope they bring it back around.
Work/life balance is not there if you want to succeed at all. I&D efforts are interested in promoting approved groupthink rather than truly diverse backgrounds and thought processes.
Start with "why." Also, focus on what matters, versus the current fixation on perception.

Software Engineer (Internship)
Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
