A very casual work environment. Problems are almost always met with questions and not accusations.

Some full-time employees assume that because they're full-time, they know more than they actually do, even when they don't. They presume to tell others what's best without even entertaining anything contrary to their own beliefs, which they often refuse to explain.

There's an expectation to simply do a certain type of work without backing up any of those reasons with supporting evidence or even giving employees insight into why those decisions were made.

Don't shrug off FTE employees because they "say so". There was a great deal of the "mushroom treatment" (keep you in the dark and feed you fertilizer) at work, in spite of whether they were at fault for the disparities in the problems that were increasingly presenting themselves.
