Awful experience, GBI India - Hyderabad.
- Employee-friendly company.
- Lot of free time to spare.
- Great employee discounts on Apple products.

Due to low attrition, the employees are stubborn in following older approaches.

For a 40-year-old company, you'd expect some level of proper management, but it is extremely poor.

No proper project planning, no clear scope of work.

One manager per 3-4 people, and still poorly managed.

They do not care about employee's career progression; they prefer to just focus on what they need.

Program managers are the most useless people. They are simply present to take updates from developers and present them to stakeholders as is. They have no clue what project is going on and how it is managed.
- Employees come to an organization with their personal goals of career progression too.
- Stop exploiting them for their secondary and tertiary skills.
- Force employees to innovate.
- Force proper project management.
- Bring back flat hierarchy instead of "zero-experience" managers who constantly change priorities on a daily basis.
