- Welcoming: They onboarded me carefully, ensuring that I knew my tasks and resources well before I began.
- Encouraging: When I achieved something, they would acknowledge it and encourage me to do better.
- Bonus: They let me work remotely when COVID just began instead of canceling the opportunity totally.
There were no cons, perhaps except that they lowered my salary when working remotely, but it is understandable.
