This was a college placement process for entry-level positions. An online coding test was administered first. Selected candidates then proceeded to interviews in the subsequent rounds. There were three different rounds.

At the beginning, they conducted a phone interview. They explained the job to me, and I talked about myself. Then there were four interviews, one hour each, spread over two days. If I passed the first two interviews, I continued to the other two. A

Easygoing and makes you feel comfortable, while sticking to the topic. Nice folks to talk with. Started on time and finished on time. An average of 4 people took the interview. Good discussion and proper explanation of the role.
