It can be difficult to work with other departments, and each department/org seems to be in a silo because of the company's secretive nature. Collaboration and data sharing can be challenging.
I have to agree with other reviews about contractor treatment at this company. They are treated as second-class citizens, and finding a desk/cube to work in can be challenging. Only full-time employees have dedicated desk/cube assignments. There are contractors who have been working there for years with no dedicated space to call their own.
