In-person interview with a 4–5 person panel, following an initial phone screening. I presented a demo and answered questions about it. Topics included context engineering and LLM inference evaluation. Overall, the process involved relatively simple

Apply online, then discuss with the hiring manager. Next, there's a normal HR call with "B Q" questions, followed by coding questions, and finally system design questions. (Referral). The overall process is reasonable.

It was tough, and the interview was online. It was like my first experience, but it was very comfortable. It is a good company to work for. It's an MNC, so it's a very big company.
