Awesome work environment. It was very relaxed, and I loved my team. There were a lot of cool opportunities. I was on an innovative and very engaging project, and the work-life balance was much better than I had expected going in.
Apple culture does require secrecy, so it can sometimes be frustrating to not be able to discuss projects with family and friends outside of Apple.
I love how fluid and quick-paced Apple is, and decisions are made despite the large size of the company. I think that management is doing a great job.
Amazing process. I interviewed for the AI/ML team. I had to describe how Siri worked and how to develop a new product based on how Siri analyzes voice and sounds. I also received a programming interview, but I don't necessarily remember the specific
Contacted by a recruiter, followed by one phone interview with an engineer on the team. The process was very smooth, and the interviewer was helpful, taking the time to slowly go through and explain topics I wasn't familiar with.
Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
