Approached by a recruiter after submitting my resume online, I had a phone call with a manager. This was followed by two back-to-back video interviews. They consisted of questions about my past work and a couple of programming assignments at the end.

It was good, nothing much to mention; it was just a regular interview. I joined there without further preparation and aced it, but I prefer not working there because their products are not really something worth investing knowledge and time in.

The process took about a month. Due to COVID, all interviews were conducted online. I had two interviews, each 30 minutes long. The recruiters were awesome. Know your resume inside and out. My experience was great.
