Although this place can be great for outgoing people, I don't think the environment can improve until we adopt better communication skills (both verbal and written).
Keep up the good management. My only suggestion is leveraging salaries against other companies. If the mula is not appealing, then someone can just say to themselves, "Well, there's this and that... and I can make more over there with a similar experience."
