  • Week off at Thanksgiving and at Christmas
  • Decent pay and benefits
Cons

Apple Park looks and feels like a busy airport. The desks are tiny, and the noise level is excessive. There is zero privacy.

Also, no vending machines! And no food at your desk because they want the rats to stay outside (seriously, it's a "park").

Intense pressure and stress from Nov-Apr. Otherwise, slightly less pressure and stress.

Secretive management. Non-transparent decision-making.

You're a very small cog in a big machine.

Your experience at Apple depends on who your boss is. Land the wrong boss, and you're in a deep dark hole.

And no, despite the glossy advertising, you can't transfer to a different group. I have only known two people who did it, and one was following his boss.
