Communications and a desire to build a great product are evident throughout the engineers.
Leadership has been lacking over the years. More and more emphasis is being placed on political influencing instead of focusing on the technology. The company used its large presence to bully individuals with disabilities, especially veterans.
Learn to refocus back on product-driven innovation.
Respect for ADA and veterans with disabilities.
Similar to the respect Apple likes to emphasize with regards to their political beliefs. An example would be rewarding employees for attending gay parades with Apple gifts instead of simply focusing on employee merits.
