It's extremely rewarding to work at the most valuable company in the world.
Most employees are dedicated Apple fans, with regards to product and software, which keeps morale high.
It's also uplifting to track how many people in the world are using our HW and SW.
We struggle to compete in the market in regards to salary, perks, and training. It is also unfortunate that we don't have more Bay Area office space in San Francisco.
Consider raising compensation to better compete with the market, and expanding the size of our lean teams to better compete with the market.
