Good salary, not the best place to work anymore
Good base salary. Employment stability. Good team members you can learn from.
An open office workplace is not good. Employees take virtual calls from their desks. It is hard to focus in this environment.
There is no work-life balance in my current team; requests are sent from managers via text/email late, even at 8:00 PM or 11:00 PM.
Due to stress, some co-workers can have bad attitudes or responses to your requests.
Planning is the worst. Multiple activities with the same priority are frequently "jumping in your face."
The vacation policy is not the best compared to mid-cap companies I came from.
Old companies had the problem of a lot of managers compared to those who do the work.
