One of the best jobs I've ever had
Well-organized organization and everyone is incredibly smart. Engineering efforts are clear and clean, and product knows their stuff.
Underpaid by industry average, but stock appreciation made that a non-factor. You also tend to work more than anyone else, and the amount of help you receive is limited. You don't really know what anyone else is working on, so it's hard for you to understand and grow as a developer.
