For the most part, the company does have a good culture; people respect each other.

For a company this rich, they are really stingy. They know they can get away with a lot as they are Apple, and people will stick want to work for them. Or, if they leave, there are plenty of options.

Anytime you try to give them advice, they come back with, "We are Apple, and we know what we are doing, and we have results to show that." While it is true that financially the company is successful, it does have a lower employee-based rating than almost all other peers. Focusing on and helping employees is way, way down the list of priorities.
