Seven interviews in three rounds, all over Skype. I was applying for the role of Siri Language Engineer. It was not hardcore software engineering, or I think I'd have had to go into the offices in Cupertino in person.

Straightforward questions from LeetCode. Asked about the resume and multiple rounds of LeetCode-style questions. One behavioral round that was non-technical. Phone screen -> multiple rounds of technical -> behavioral interview.

Six interviews were conducted, each lasting an hour. These were highly technical interviews, with all interviewers being engineers. The interviews were conducted virtually over Zoom, including the on-site process.
