Great place to work. I wish it were better

The work, the projects, the scope and effect.
The respect. Different backgrounds, what matters is how long you've been at Apple and what you've done inside the company.
- Offices are uninspiring and look like a dental office.
- Constraints in open source code or going to meetup events.
- Serious corporate environment with very little play. People hardly know each other, locked up in their lockdown.
- Still a satellite office, with fewer opportunities than in the US. Many stay in Paris for just a year and then move on to the US.
- Many team members work well into the night in the EU timezone to meet with US colleagues.
- Remote work is difficult or, in some organizations, impossible to get.
Make the offices more inspiring, like we do for our customers.
Encourage and make it easier for people to interact with the Apple developer and open source community.
Allocate more time and resources into burnout and allow teams the right to choose to come into the office or not.

Really hard to do LeetCode. The first difficulty is to be accepted as a candidate with your resume. It requires some referrals and good grades in university. When you find it, you have to be lucky and good at LeetCode. Good luck.
