Pay is great. Medical is great. Product is great.
You would expect only the smartest folks working here. You would expect your coworkers are technically fit for the positions they hold. Well, you are wrong. I’ve seen plenty of folks who talk like experts but don’t really have the knowledge to do the work.
Apple is a great company. And we can let go incompetent folks.

Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
