The interview process started about one week after the meet-up event. The first round was a phone interview, which was of average difficulty. The overall behavior interview questions were typical, just like feedback from other interviewees.

The whole process was very effective. Two phone interviews were arranged in one week, and the on-site interview was scheduled in the second week. The interviewers were very nice. I had a positive experience.

The process starts with an initial screen by the hiring manager. Next, you will have a full-day interview with 6-8 peers, managers, and architects. If you pass, you will be called for a director interview.
