Incredibly strong culture and great leadership. Tons of bright people around, and morale is very, very high.
Perks and compensation are not at the level of Facebook, Google, etc. The secrecy can make it hard to make friends with coworkers.
Better compensation to stay competitive with the rest of the Valley. Also, for younger employees, a leadership program would be really helpful in facilitating personal growth.
