The food is pretty good and subsidized (a good salmon bowl is $11).
It's hard to work with others, since every team is fairly separated.
A recruiter reached out. They didn't provide any nature of the interview and asked me to prepare for every language. I was like, "What?" So, I prepped for DSA and my resume projects. It turns out they asked for system design in the first round.
Had three rounds of interviews. All of them had two interviewers. Interviews are very personal; there was no coding (though you have to explain your solution and engage in a design conversation with the interviewer).
Overall smooth. Had 3 interviews: one behavioral and 2 technical. Heavy system design and debugging. Interviewers were nice, standard interview format with an introduction and then mostly technical questions. Some OOP concepts needed as well.
