Asked a LeetCode hard question, did not know the answer and struggled to find a solution. Asked some basic personal questions about previous experience and basic interview questions. The interviewer was nice, polite, and thorough.

A recruiter contacted me for a phone interview. The phone screen took 20 minutes, and they flew me over the next week for interviews with 8-10 people.

I applied through LinkedIn and received an email for a job interview. I had the interview and never heard back, not even a decline, which I think is a common courtesy.
