RSU refresh is good if you have good performance. There are extra holidays during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Different groups have different benefits.
No free lunch. Performance reviews only once per year in some groups. Initial PTO has only 12 days. Too few positions for new grads.
No work during the weekend.

One technical screen and six rounds of technical interviews. The process went very fast. It took about two weeks from the first screen to the last panel interview, and also one interview with the recruiter.

Two phone screens that contained behavior questions, past projects, Python, and SQL. Python was LeetCode medium. I was asked a question about BFS. SQL was also LeetCode medium and involved some joins.
