Progression very hard or nigh on impossible.

I was hired at a lower level than maybe I deserved, which could be seen as somewhat exploitative or at least opportunistic.

Empower developers more, make progression more achievable, and take a more human approach when managing. Sometimes, it feels there’s a lack of caring or empathy. Embrace more modern technologies.
