The pay, especially RSUs, is really competitive. The healthcare is really good.
No free food. It's a small thing, but it seems silly for a company with billions not to offer such a small perk.
It takes a lot of work, persistence, and communication to get promotions. A lot will depend on how good your manager is. Work-life balance is very dependent on your manager and varies widely.
Communication across teams and departments needs to be improved.
