Pros

Apple is full of wonderful, talented people, and the technical leadership is inspiring. The company culture is strong, with a genuine focus on diversity, inclusion, and creating a neurodivergent-friendly workplace. Work/life balance is good, which makes it a sustainable place to grow long-term.

Cons

Things can feel a bit chaotic at times, with some organizational turbulence. There’s also an overreliance on contractors, which feels like a workaround to Swedish labor protections. Junior employees, in particular, don’t always receive enough coaching or mentorship, which unfortunately leads to burnout more often than it should.

Advice to Management

Invest more in structured coaching and mentorship for junior employees to help them thrive. Reduce the dependency on contractors by building stronger, long-term teams.
